What Is Covered Under The Warranty?

  1. The manufacturer of MOE branded products, warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty applies only to MOE branded products purchased and delivered within the USA.

  2. If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this limited warranty, contact your local distributor.

  3. Be prepared to provide proof of date of purchase, model and serial number and a brief description of problem or concern.

  4. A factory authorized technician will contact you to during normal business hours to discuss the problem or concern and advise you on equipment issues and/or shipping instructions. If appropriate, ship this product, prepaid and insured to our service center for warranty repair. (If defect is reported to Moe Works LLC within 30 days after date of purchase, Moe Works LLC will pay shipping charges.)

  5. Do not attempt to repair the product as this action will void this limited warranty! Any and all repairs must be completed by Moe Works LLC authorized technician.

  6. Products returned for warranty will be inspected by Moe Works LLC authorized technician. If confirmed to have a defect covered by this limited warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Moe Works LLC.

  7. If the product requires repair, we may use reconditioned or new replacement parts. If we choose to replace your product, we may, at our sole discretion, replace it with a new or reconditioned machine of the same or similar design.

  8. When your product is repaired or replaced, it will be returned, within the USA, prepaid and insured by Moe Works LLC Warranty.

What Is Not Covered Under The Warranty?

If our inspection determines that there is no defect, or that the defect/damage was the result of any of the following circumstances that void the warranty, the buyer must bear the cost of repairing and/or returning the product. Those circumstances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. The damage resulted from failure to specifically follow "Assembly Guide" and "User's Manual" Instructions.

  2. The damage was the result of improper maintenance.

  3. The damage was the result of direct or indirect abuse, misuse, negligence, flood, fire or act of God.

  4. The damage was the result of repairs and/or alterations to the product by anyone other than Moe Works LLC authorized factory technicians.

  5. The damage was the direct or indirect result of criminal activity, accidents and/or damage while in transit to our service location.

  6. The damage was caused during shipping/delivery.

Important Warranty Limitations

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. Seller shall, in no case, be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for consequential or special damages arising from the use of our product. Seller shall not be liable for loss of time, loss of business or profits, whether or not foreseeable, inconvenience, loss of use of your product or property damage caused by your product or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages including personal injury.
